Island Way Sorbets start their journey in nature. The fruits are hand-picked from nearby orchards and fields, and each natural fruit shell is carefully hand-cut, scooped out, and filled with our award-winning sorbet.


The use of natural fruit shells helps reduce unnecessary packaging and waste. These biodegradable shells also serve as a nutritious source for plants.

Dairy-free, vegan citrus sorbets in natural fruit shells. After we have processed the fruit segments from local sun ripened lemons and mandarins, the natural fruit shell is kept, frozen and filled with a delicious indulgent, yet dairy-free and vegan-friendly sorbet.
The shell is a natural vessel and the aromatic fresh citrus oils enhance the rich flavour and overall eating experience.

Specially selected natural orange and mandarin segments, individually enrobed in real dark chocolate and star ruby grapefruit segments enrobed in a ruby berry chocolate. This is a delicious handmade product boasting bite size fresh fruit combined with real chocolate to deliver a hand held delight. Delicious eaten frozen or slightly defrosted for a more juicy treat.

Handmade bite size sorbet on a stick, enrobed in a fruity tropical dip. There are two flavours, namely, Piña Colada sorbet enrobed in a fruity pineapple dip and Mango Orange sorbet enrobed in a fruity passionfruit dip.

CITRUS SEGMENTS
& CHUNKS

  • Marsh grapefruit, ruby grapefruit, Valencia orange or lemon segments are picked and frozen at optimum ripeness.

  • Each fruit is washed, peeled, segmented and ready to eat so you can enjoy the goodness of zesty fruit flavours and juices without the hassle of peeling.

  • Great to add to yoghurt, cocktails, smoothies or jellies.

  • Exported to Belgium, Canada and Japan.

LEMON SLICES
& WEDGES

  • Frozen at optimum ripeness.

  • No hassle to cut, use what you need and eliminate waste.

  • Hygienic.

  • Product can be defrosted in cold storage over time, 10 minutes under ambient conditions or defrosted using a microwave.

  • Once defrosted, product can be kept in a refrigerator for 5 days.

  • Can be served frozen in drinks to add flavour or as substitutes for ice.

  • Exported to Canada, Japan, Korea and the United Kingdom.

Honeydew & cantaloupe melon chunks & dices

  • Individually quick frozen to ensure maximum freshness and flavour.

  • Great for smoothies, fruit salads and cocktails.
